What platform do the bots run on?
NinjaTrader 8. The bots run inside your own NinjaTrader, on your computer or a VPS. We never log into or trade your account.
Do they work with prop firms?
They run on any account connected to NinjaTrader 8, which includes most futures prop firms. Each firm sets its own rules on automation, contract limits and drawdown, so check your firm's rules before you trade. See our prop firm guide.
Which markets do they trade?
Nasdaq, S&P 500 and gold futures, on both mini and micro contracts: NQ and MNQ, ES and MES, GC and MGC. Crude oil (CL and MCL) bots are in development. You choose the contract and size.
What is EvalSprint?
A one-shot evaluation bot. It takes one full-size trade at the 9:30 AM ET New York open, aiming to hit the evaluation target in a single move. Each attempt passes or fails that morning, so use it only on evaluations you can afford to reset, and only where your firm allows it.
How does the license work?
Your license is tied to your NinjaTrader login, so it works on your PC or a VPS. It stays active for your plan's term. Lifetime licenses never expire.
Do I need trading or coding experience?
No coding. Basic NinjaTrader knowledge helps, and the setup videos cover every step. We recommend running each bot on Sim first.
How many trades does each bot take?
Usually one to a few per session. Each bot takes one position at a time, and you can set a daily loss limit and a max trades per day. Gap Hunter, Range Fade and Gold Rush take at most one trade a day.
Can I change the settings?
Yes. Contracts, session times, the daily loss limit, risk per trade and max trades per day are adjustable, and there is an optional news filter. The default settings are what we run ourselves.
Is profit guaranteed?
No. Futures trading carries real risk and any bot can lose money. We don't guarantee profits, passed evaluations or payouts.
What is the refund policy?
Yearly plans have a 14-day money-back guarantee. Weekly, monthly and lifetime plans are not refundable once the license is issued. Full details in our refund policy.
Do I need a VPS?
Not required, but recommended. The bot only trades while NinjaTrader is running and connected, so a VPS keeps it on when your computer is off.
