Acceptable Use and Community Policy
Effective October 21, 2026 · Last updated October 21, 2026 · FuturesBotLab is operated by MRSLM Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
The short version: Use our software yourself, on your own accounts, lawfully. Don't share, copy, crack or resell it. Be decent in the community, and don't give or sell trading advice there.
This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to the Site, all Products, support channels and any community space we run (such as our Discord server). Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms.
1. Software and licenses
You must not:
- share your license, NinjaTrader login, download links or files with anyone, or let anyone else use them;
- upload, post, sell, trade or give away any of our files, in whole or in part, anywhere (including file-sharing sites, forums, marketplaces, group buys, chats or other Discord servers);
- decompile, disassemble, deobfuscate, decrypt or reverse engineer any Software, or try to extract its logic, rules or parameters;
- bypass, disable or tamper with license checks or other protection, or use or distribute tools that do;
- use the Software to trade, manage or direct anyone else's account, or to run a signal, alert, copy, managed-account or similar service for others;
- use our Software, outputs or content to build, train, test or market a competing product;
- buy through multiple identities, payment methods or accounts to get extra license seats, founding pricing, guarantees or refunds;
- remove or alter any risk, Beta, license or ownership notice.
2. Trading accounts and third parties
You must not use the Products in a way that breaks the law, exchange rules, or the terms or rules of any broker, platform or account provider you use. You are solely responsible for knowing those rules.
3. Community rules
In any community space we run, you must not:
- give or sell personalized trading advice, manage or offer to manage others' accounts, sell signals, courses, services or products, or recruit members for any trading program, referral or affiliate scheme, unless we have approved it in writing;
- make or repost claims of guaranteed or typical profits, or post results without making clear whether they are actual or simulated;
- post performance screenshots edited to mislead, or present simulated results as live results;
- share our files, settings exports that reveal protected logic, or anyone's personal or account information;
- harass, threaten, impersonate, defame or discriminate against anyone, or post hateful, obscene or illegal content;
- spam, advertise, post malicious links or files, or run bots without permission;
- impersonate FuturesBotLab staff, or ask anyone for passwords, login codes, payment details or remote access to their computer.
Staff and members do not give investment advice. Anything posted in the community is general discussion, not a recommendation. FuturesBotLab staff will never ask for your trading-account password, ask you to send money to anyone, or offer to trade your account.
4. Site and security
You must not probe, scan or attack the Site or our systems, interfere with their operation, scrape them with automated tools (other than ordinary search-engine indexing), or upload malware. Report security issues to support@futuresbotlab.com.
5. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe you have broken this policy, we may, depending on severity, warn you, remove content, mute or remove you from the community, suspend or terminate licenses without refund (see Section 22 of the Terms), report illegal activity, and take legal action, including for copyright infringement and trade-secret misappropriation. We are not obliged to monitor activity but may investigate and keep records.
6. Reporting
Report misuse, leaked files or suspicious accounts to support@futuresbotlab.com. Copyright notices go through our DMCA Policy.
