If you buy a yearly plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Email support@futuresbotlab.com from the email you used at checkout. Your license is deactivated when the refund is issued.
Weekly, monthly and lifetime plans
These plans are non-refundable once your license has been issued. You can cancel a weekly or monthly plan any time to stop future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Trading results
Refunds are never based on trading results, losses, failed evaluations or prop firm decisions.
Duplicate or mistaken charges
If you were charged twice or charged after cancelling, email us and we'll refund the mistaken charge.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Licenses tied to disputed payments are suspended while the dispute is open.
