Billing
Billing questions
What happens after I pay?
You get an email with your download link and setup videos right away. Send us your NinjaTrader username and we activate your license, usually within a few hours.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade any time and we credit what you've already paid toward the new plan.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from the customer portal link in your receipt. Your license stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Yearly plans have a 14-day money-back guarantee. Other plans are non-refundable once the license is issued. See the refund policy.
Is the lifetime offer really limited?
Yes. Lifetime access is capped at 50 founding members. After that it's gone or the price goes up.
Start on Sim this week for $39.
Run every bot through live sessions on a simulated account before you put real money on it.
