Disclaimer, Regulatory Status and Trademarks

1. Software and education only
FuturesBotLab, a brand of MRSLM Group LLC (a Florida limited liability company), develops and licenses standardized automated trading strategies and indicators for the NinjaTrader platform, and publishes general educational content. Our software runs on computers you control and acts only on accounts and settings you choose. We never log into, connect to or trade customer accounts, never hold customer funds, and do not provide personal or individualized trading advice.
2. Regulatory status
MRSLM Group LLC is not registered with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the National Futures Association, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, or any state or foreign financial regulator, and is not a commodity trading advisor, commodity pool operator, introducing broker, futures commission merchant, investment adviser or broker-dealer. Our products and communications are general and impersonal and are identical for every customer in the same plan. Our support is limited to installation, licensing and configuration mechanics; we do not recommend what, when or how much to trade or advise on position sizing or risk settings.
3. No advice; no guarantees
Nothing on this website, in our software, emails, videos or community is investment, trading, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any futures contract or other instrument. We do not guarantee profits, any result, or the outcome of any evaluation, qualification, funding or payout program offered by any third party. You are solely responsible for complying with the rules of your broker, platform and account provider. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss, and you can lose more than you deposit. 4. Hypothetical results
Unless expressly identified as actual trading results, any performance shown is hypothetical. CFTC Rule 4.41: These results are based on simulated or hypothetical performance results that have certain inherent limitations. Unlike the results shown in an actual performance record, these results do not represent actual trading. Also, because these trades have not actually been executed, these results may have under-or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated or hypothetical trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. FuturesBotLab is also not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by CME Group (including CME, CBOT, NYMEX and COMEX), any exchange, broker, data provider, account provider, Stripe, Discord or any other third party. Product and contract names such as "E-mini," "Micro E-mini," NQ, ES, YM, GC and CL are used only to identify the markets our software can trade (nominative use). All trademarks belong to their respective owners. "FuturesBotLab" and our bot and indicator names are trademarks of MRSLM Group LLC.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, software or information we mention or link to. Contract specifications, session times and other market information may change; the exchange's or provider's own documents control.
