These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of futuresbotlab.com and the software, indicators, strategies, videos and community (together, the "Products") sold by MRSLM Group LLC, a Florida limited-liability company doing business as FuturesBotLab ("we", "us"). By buying or using the Products you agree to these Terms.
1. What we sell
We sell licenses to automated trading software and indicators for NinjaTrader 8, plus educational material. The Products are standardized: every customer receives the same software and settings. We do not provide personalized investment advice, manage accounts, place trades for customers, or hold customer funds.
2. Not investment advice
Nothing we provide is investment, financial, tax or legal advice. All content is for educational and informational purposes. You alone decide whether, when and how to use the Products in your own account.
3. Risk
Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You may lose more than your initial investment. Past performance, real or simulated, does not guarantee future results. See our Risk Disclosure.
4. License
- We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products for the term of your plan.
- Licenses are tied to your NinjaTrader login. You may not share, resell, sublicense or redistribute the Products or your license.
- You may not decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to remove license protection from the Products.
- Lifetime licenses last for as long as we offer and support the Products.
5. Plans, billing and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change for future periods with notice. Payments are processed by Stripe.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Your responsibilities
- Correctly installing and configuring the Products, and keeping NinjaTrader, your internet connection and any VPS running.
- Monitoring your account and positions.
- Complying with the rules of your broker and any prop firm, including rules on automation, news trading, contract limits and hedging.
- Testing on a simulated account before trading live.
8. Third parties
We are not affiliated with NinjaTrader, CME Group, any broker or any prop firm. We have no control over their rules or decisions and are not responsible for failed evaluations, account closures, denied payouts, platform outages, data errors or execution problems.
9. No warranty
The Products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, profitability or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any trading losses or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or end your license without refund if you breach these Terms, including by sharing or redistributing the Products.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
